We are looking for a Full-Time Millwork Sales Support Associate.
The primary responsibilities of the Millwork Sales Support position are to maintain outstanding and helpful customer service: support sales team with windows, exterior doors and interior millwork. Some knowledge of millwork preferred.

This is an excellent opportunity for a quality individual with a great customer service aptitude and a passion for construction and building materials. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn company products, procedures, culture, and customer service philosophy. Learn proper procedures for orders, special orders, purchase orders, returns, payment on account, and merchandise receiving Prepare price quotes, estimates and bids* Understand profit margins and how to maintain them. *Learn proper procedures for orders, special orders, purchase orders, credit memos and receiving.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education/Training: High School degree. A willingness to learn Experience in a retail environment either in cashier, sales, or back office. While not a requirement, experience in the millwork environment would be helpful. A commitment to service, excellence and customer satisfaction. Ability and willingness to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business.

Starting wage $15.00 DOE
